CASI Investments designs portfolios primarily for organizations seeking unbiased, professional management.  CASI Investments is a registered investment advisor.  The latest on-line analytical and global news resources are available to the firm to provide input critical to making investment judgments on our clients’ behalf.

The focus of CASI Investment’s approach is the establishment of investment goals and objectives.  This process consists of four steps: establish goals and objectives (2) determine asset/style allocation, (3) evaluate & select manager, (4) monitor and evaluate results.

CASI Investments develops and implements an asset allocation strategy that is typically tailor-made to accommodate individual situations, objectives and risk tolerance.  We clarify, organize and consolidate multiple investments to create a “big picture” for individuals and institutions.

CASI Investments is independent and fee-based, meaning we are not owned or operated by a broker/dealer and our compensation is based on a percentage of assets under management.  We have access to a broad range of products and services offered by various providers.  We are not limited to proprietary products, enabling us to offer more options to meet unique needs.

Our custody service is provided by Schwab Institutional.  Schwab serves more than 5,900 advisors nationwide who together account for over 30% of total assets at Schwab.  Schwab has over 1,300 employees dedicated to servicing advisor clients.  Because of our relationship with Schwab, our clients have realized significant savings.

CASI Investments’ professionals have dedicated themselves to excellence as well as community involvement.  The firm’s Chairman and CEO, Myron D. Howie, was an international insurance and real estate analyst and the portfolio manager for the Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) sector portfolio at Wellington Management Company, a Boston-based money management firm with $400 Billion in assets.  Howie was directly or indirectly responsible for $3.5 Billion of those assets.  In addition, Howie’s performance as the portfolio manager of the REIT sector fund for Wellington was the best in the country in 1995 and 1996.

CASI Investments serves as the investment advisor to the African Methodist Episcopal Church and churches from various denominations are clients of the firm.  CASI is a recognized leader in helping churches, charities and nonprofits create and build their endowments.

Both discretionary and non-discretionary service is offered to clients.
